Designed for children aged 4-6 years, U-Star classes use innovative approach that blends fitness, fun, and character development to ignite your child's potential. Our curriculum is designed to introduce children to fun exercises that will help them gain body awareness, fitness, flexibility, coordination, and balance.
Organized fun system
Martial arts can be a great tool to teach practical life skills such as discipline, focus, confidence, teamwork, and more. We believe in the importance of teaching these values, as well as back up the "positive things" parents are teaching at home; in fact we've even systemized them. U-Star program has its own visual motivational level tracker to add to the fun of learning Taekwondo. The course is designed for overall safety and development.
