How is Unity Taekwondo different from other martial arts schools in Chilliwack?

Unity is an educational martial arts school, not just a fitness class. We use Taekwondo to teach kids respect, confidence, and self-control while they learn to kick, spar, and break boards. Our head instructor is a Kukkiwon-certified 5th Dan black belt, and we welcome students from age 4 up to adults.

Can Taekwondo help my child focus and build confidence?

That's a big part of what we teach. Along with kicks and forms, every class works on focus, self-control, and setting goals. Kids learn to listen, stick with hard things, and follow through. Parents often tell us those habits show up at school and at home, not only in class.
