Does my child need any experience?
Not at all. Almost everyone starts as a complete beginner — we teach to each child's level from day one.
What age can they start?
From age 4 in our U-Star program, all the way to teens and adults. There's a class for everyone.
Is the first class really free?
Yes. Your first intro class is on us, so you and your child can experience Unity before deciding anything.

Do you run summer camps or birthday parties?
Yes. Our Camp & Party program includes Taekwondo summer camps and birthday parties for kids around Chilliwack. They're an easy, active way for your child to try Taekwondo and have fun with friends, whether or not they already train with us. Ask us about dates when you visit.
